Snakes have internal ears of a sort (but no external ear openings) and can likely hear some low frequency airborne sounds. To a much greater extent, they are able to feel vibrations. While it’s true that most snakes have mediocre vision, some such as racers, whipsnakes and most arboreal (tree-dwelling) snakes have relatively good vision.

snakes have eyes, they dont have eye lids (they can not blink), they see, but they dont see that well. snakes dont have ears, they can not hear.
