Hawaii Exotic Animal Regulations

Hawaii’s strict exotic animal regulations are enforced by the Hawaiian Department of Agriculture. They are tasked with helping to develop new laws and enforce existing laws in the state of Hawaii to protect both people and animals. Hawaii does not allow the personal possession of snakes by anyone.
